When we opened many people in Belgium didn't know, so much about Thailand and the same was true for Thai people, nobody have heard of Belgium. We choose the name to represent our history - Sukhothai is historically important during 13th and 15th century, serving as the administrative and political capital of the Kingdom. Si Satchanalai was the spiritual center of the kingdom and the site of numerous temples and Buddhist monasteries. Si Satchanalai was also the center of the all-important ceramic export industry.
And there are more than eighty dishes, so there is plenty of choice for everybody. "I always ask the guests: Do you like lemongrass? Do you like coriander? Do you like hot food? Do you like coconut? We always find a way to make something that the customer likes.
The Thai cuisine use a lot of fresh ingredients, vegetables, imported spices, prawns and other ingredients that bring great taste and smells delicious.
Most of our customers visit us regularly, we treat everybody like a family, like a good friend, each time we are happy to see each other. We are like home cooking for the whole family. We invite for a visit everybody that loves Thai cuisine or on the hike for the next great hidden location in the heart of the European district of Brussels.
